Statement of Faith

We hold fast to the truth once delivered to the saints and strive to follow every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Below are the core beliefs that guide our fellowship:

1. The Authority of Scripture

We believe the entire Bible — both Old and New Testaments — is the inspired and infallible Word of God, preserved for instruction in righteousness.

2. The Sabbath Day

We observe the seventh day of the week (Saturday) as the Sabbath, as commanded by God at creation and reaffirmed throughout Scripture. It is a holy convocation and a day of rest.

3. The Annual Holy Days

We keep the Holy Days outlined in Leviticus 23 which reveal God’s plan of salvation through Jesus Christ.

4. Salvation by Grace Through Faith, Accompanied by Obedience

Salvation is a gift of God by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8–9), but true faith is demonstrated through obedience (James 2:17, 26). We are not saved by works, but we are saved unto good works (Ephesians 2:10), and believers are expected to walk in God’s commandments. Scripture warns that one can fall from grace through disobedience and unbelief (Galatians 5:4, Hebrews 10:26–27).

5. Obedience and Sanctification

Obedience to God's commandments is not optional—it is the way of life for the believer. Sanctification is the ongoing process of being set apart through the Word and Spirit of God, and it is marked by walking in righteousness and keeping His laws (John 17:17, Romans 6:19, 1 John 2:3–6). Obedience is not merely evidence of faith—it is the fruit of a life yielded to God and necessary for remaining in His grace (Hebrews 10:26–29, Revelation 14:12).

6. The Kingdom of God

We believe in the soon-coming Kingdom of God which will be established on earth at the return of Jesus Christ, who will reign as King of Kings.

7. Baptism and the Holy Spirit

We teach baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and the laying on of hands for receiving the Holy Spirit.

8. The Resurrection and Eternal Life

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead — the righteous to eternal life, and the rest according to God’s plan and timing.
